We Provide an In-Home Service Technician

Many manufacturers supply replacement parts under warranty. They often do not cover labor charges or travel time. We service everything we sell. We do all this with our own employees, equipment, and vehicles. When it comes to details, accuracy and safety, our professionals are unmatched.

We only service the products we sell in the fall & winter to insure a fast response to our customers. During the spring & summer we will include products we haven’t sold.

An annual cleaning and maintenance is recommended on all gas and pellet products. We offer this service, and it's best to schedule during the spring and summer months. Everything gets checked, tested, and cleaned, including the blowers.

In-Store Repair

Broken Glass? Need new gasket? Something fixed or painted? We'll do it for you.

Our In-Store Repair Shop has the experience, equipment, and expertise to handle most problems. This service is available during our spring and summer months. We generally accept all drop-offs and call you when the service is completed.

Have a problem? No Problem! We're here to help! Rest assured, we’ll do our very best to get you up and running as quickly as possible for the upcoming fall and winter months.

Installations

We install all the products we sell.

We are licensed and insured to perform installations in Westchester County, Putnam County, Yonkers, Dutchess, Rockland, Orange Counties, and all of Connecticut. From fireplaces and stoves to kitchens and outdoor kitchens, we do it all.

Need us to build an outside chase to enclose your new fireplace? No need to call your contractor, we build outdoor and indoor fireplace enclosures all the time. The best part is we warranty our installation work. Peace of mind is always free of charge.

Want to install stone around your fireplace? We have plenty of stone samples in our showroom floor for you to choose from. many are on display along with a full selection of mantels and hearthstones.

Kitchens can be somewhat complicated to install. Our installation team will complete the entire job from start to finish with every small detail that’s involved.

Here at Home & Hearth, we play it safe, very safe. We follow all codes and manufacturer specs and clearances when installing these units. Don't worry about the mess we make after the installation is completed. We clean up everything, so you can enjoy your new product immediately after we head over to our next job.

Come Prepared

Coming in for a free-standing pellet, wood, coal or gas stove?

What we need from you.
-Knowledge of the amount of square feet you are looking to heat.
-The location of where you want to place the stove.
-Pictures, Pictures, Pictures! The more pictures of the room or area you want to place the stove, the better!
-Remember, most of these stoves need to be vented, take a picture of the interior wall the stove would be sitting in front of.
-Go outside and take a few more pictures of the exterior wall where the stove will be vented.
-If the stove location is near a window, we need a measurement of how far away the stove will be from it.

What we need from you.
-Measurements. We need to know the opening of the fireplace. Measure the width, height and depth of the opening.
-Here is a fireplace dimensions worksheet we need you to fill out for us. Click Here
-Pictures of the fireplace.
-We need to know the height of your chimney. Pictures of the outside are very helpful.
-Knowledge of the amount of square feet you are looking to heat.
Coming in for a Gas Log set, fireplace grate or fireplace doors?

What we need from you.
-Please measure the height, width, and depth of the fireplace. We also need the back width dimension.
- Please take clear pictures
*For fireplace doors, we only need the opening height and width measurements. *

Delivery

Need us to deliver the product you just purchased? No problem.

Unlike most big box stores who leave the product at the edge of the driveway or in front of your garage, Home & Hearth's delivery team brings the product right into the area where it's being installed. Don't worry about getting a friend or hiring a mover to move these heavy stoves into your house, we got it covered.
